The open talent call, announced by director Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina, sought to discover exceptional talent across all principal characters: Gusti Putri Retno Dumilah, Laksamana Hang Tuah, Sultan Mahmud Shah, Gusti Adipati Handayaniprataningrat, and the mystical Bayan, alongside an athletic ensemble of warriors, court dancers, and singers.
