The Nusantara Legend
Set against the backdrop of 15th-century Southeast Asia, the story follows the mythical Javanese princess Gusti Putri Raden Adjeng Retno Dumilah of Majapahit, who retreats to Mount Ophir (Gunung Ledang) following a kingdom-shattering tragedy.
When the Sultan of Malacca demands her hand in marriage, the noble warrior Hang Tuah is sent as envoy. Bound by love yet chained by unyielding oaths of royal loyalty, their forbidden romance culminates in the princess's iconic seven impossible conditions.
